Two British Cruise Passengers Killed While on Excursion In The Middle East
British newspaper The Mirror reports that two British cruise passengers were killed last month during an excursion in the Middle East.
The report says that two British women and a British man were on the Fred Olsen cruise ship Boudicca on what was themed as an Authentic Arabia cruise. The group was on excursion from the ship when they were hit by a car as they stepped off a bus.
The driver of the vehicle that struck the group was reportedly driving in the wrong lane and did not have a license to operate the car.
The two women were killed in the incident, while the male victim suffered serious injuries.
