One Dead After Multi-Vehicle Crash Involving County Bus and Ambulance
One person is dead following a three-vehicle crash involving a county bus and an ambulance.
WPBF.com reports that the crash occurred last month in Stuart Florida as an ambulance was traveling on SE Velasquez Ave just after 5 PM. As the ambulance crossed the intersection of SE Seville Street a Martin County transit bus struck it, t-boning it. The ambulance then collided with another vehicle that was parked in the vicinity of the crash.

The ambulance was carrying a 77-year-old man at the time of the crash. The man was strapped to a stretcher when the crash occurred and was later pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators were not immediately sure if his death resulted from the crash or from prior conditions.
