News: Window washer killed in fall from Coral Gables building
CORAL GABLES, FL – Authorities said a window washer was killed in an accident on the job in Coral Gables Wednesday afternoon, according to WSVN.
The incident took place as the man was working at an eight-story building in the 200 block of Giralda Avenue at about 2:20 p.m.
A witness told police the worker fell from a roof. The 40-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene when police and firefighters arrived.
An investigation is underway into the cause of the accident.
