HIGHLAND BEACH, FL – Officials released additional information on a deadly boat accident in Palm Beach County last weekend, according to WPTV.
This is an update to a previous story.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission identified the woman killed in the crash Sunday as 37-year-old Samantha Esposito of West Palm Beach.
The FWC said a boat going north on the Intracoastal Waterway crashed into a seawall at Bel Air Drive in Highland Beach, and Esposito was one of seven people who were thrown from the vessel. She was declared dead at the scene.
The six other boaters were hospitalized in Delray Beach, but no details were released on their conditions.
