News: West Palm Beach man dead after crashing into pole on State Road 710
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL – Authorities said a car accident in Palm Beach County Saturday morning left a driver dead, according to WPEC.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said 41-year-old Benjamin Star was driving a Jeep Cherokee south on State Road 710 near Jupiter and struck a light pole on the right side of the roadway.
When Star corrected back into the roadway the driver’s door of the vehicle came open, investigators said. Star, who was not wearing a seat belt, fell out of the Jeep.
The West Palm Beach resident died after being transported to an area hospital.
