News: Victim of fiery crash in Miami’s Little River neighborhood identified
MIAMI, FL – The victim of a fiery car accident in Miami last week has now been identified, according to WPLG.
This is an update to a previous story.
The driver killed in the accident was reported to be 23-year-old Mohammad Khan.
Police said Khan was driving a sports car on Northeast 82nd Street in Miami’s Little River neighborhood Friday at about 1:15 a.m. when he crashed into a power pole, causing the vehicle to catch fire. Khan was pronounced dead at the scene while a female passenger was transported to Ryder Trauma Center for treatment.
Police were investigating the accident to determine whether speed was a contributing factor.
