News: Port St. Lucie man killed when car goes out of control, slams into home
PORT ST. LUCIE, FL – Police said a driver was killed when his car went out of control and slammed into a home in Port St. Lucie.
According to WPTV, 44-year-old Daniel Oliveira was driving east on Southwest Jacoby Avenue Tuesday night at about 9 p.m. when the vehicle went off the roadway and hit a house.
Oliveira, a Port St. Lucie resident, was pronounced dead after being taken to an area hospital. Four people who were inside the home at the time of the accident were not injured.
Investigators are trying to determine what caused Oliveira to lose control of the car.
