News: Pedestrian struck, killed by train in northwest Miami-Dade
NORTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, FL – Miami-Dade Police are investigating a fatal pedestrian railroad accident that occurred on Tuesday afternoon, WSVN reports.
Authorities said a man was struck by a train near the 2300 block of Northwest 71st Street shortly after 12:30 p.m. Police responded following a report of the incident, and said the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
No details were released on the man’s identity, or the circumstances that led to the collision.
