News: Out-of-control car crashes into North Lauderdale convenience store
NORTH LAUDERDALE, FL – First responders were called to the scene of a car crash at a convenience store in North Lauderdale on Tuesday evening.
According to WSVN, a driver lost control of a car and slammed into the One Food Stop on Bailey Road shortly before 7 p.m.
Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies and North Lauderdale Fire Rescue units responded. A worker at One Food Stop said a person outside the store was injured and transported to the hospital. Authorities said the person was not seriously hurt.
The driver involved in the crash remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. There was no immediate word on what caused the incident.
