News: Motorcyclist dies after crashing into guardrail on Florida Turnpike
MIAMI, FL – The Florida Highway Patrol said a motorcycle rider died in an accident on the Florida Turnpike Sunday, according to NBC Miami.
Investigators said the motorcyclist lost control of the bike while heading north on the turnpike near Southwest 8th Street in Miami-Dade County.
The motorcycle crashed into a guardrail, and the rider was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s name was not released.
The FHP is investigating the cause of the crash.
