News: Motorcyclist, bicyclist killed in accident near Fort Lauderdale
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Two men were killed in an accident in unincorporated central Broward County over the weekend, according to WPLG.
The Broward Sheriff’s Office said a motorcycle, a bicycle and a pickup truck were involved in the crash. It occurred Saturday afternoon in the area of Northwest 27th Avenue and West Sunrise Boulevard near Fort Lauderdale.
Deputies responding to the scene found a motorcycle rider and a bicycle rider on the ground. One of the men died at the scene, while the other was pronounced dead on the way to an area hospital. No information was released on the circumstances that led to the incident.
