News: Motorcycle rider killed in collision with car in Miami-Dade County
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL – A traffic collision in Miami-Dade County last week left a motorcyclist dead, according to WPLG.
The accident happened Thursday in the area of Northwest 186th Street and Northwest 67th Avenue at about 1:10 p.m.
The Florida Highway Patrol said a man riding a motorcycle at high speed crashed into a westbound Toyota sedan on Northwest 186th Street as it was making a left turn into a shopping center.
The motorcycle rider, whose identity was not released, was thrown from his bike and pronounced dead at the scene. One person in the sedan was reported to have been hospitalized, but the person’s condition was not released.
The eastbound lanes of Northwest 186th Street were closed to traffic while the crash was being investigated.
