News: Man riding bicycle in Miami Shores dies after being hit by train
MIAMI SHORES, FL – Authorities are investigating an accident that killed a man riding a bicycle in Miami Shores Thursday morning, according to WPLG.
Police said the man was riding across tracks in the vicinity of Northeast 107th Street and 10th Court near the Miami Shores Country Club when he was hit by a freight train at about 6:30 a.m. The victim’s name was not released.
Train service was disrupted after the incident before resuming at about noon.
