News: Man facing charges in fatal hit-and-run boating accident
MIAMI, FL – Authorities announced an arrest in the case of a man who was struck and killed by a boat while riding a personal watercraft over the weekend.

According to NBC Miami, 50-year-old Jorge Rodriguez Del Rey of Miami was arrested on Tuesday. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said he was driving a 30-foot vessel near Rickenbacker Marina Saturday with nine people on board when he struck a man on a jet ski, 26-year-old Alcides Andres Yagues.
Yagues was pronounced dead at the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Rodriguez Del Rey is now facing several charges, including leaving the scene of a fatal boating accident and failure to render aid.
