News: Man charged with vehicular homicide in Boynton Beach crash
BOYNTON BEACH, FL – Police have arrested a driver involved in a fatal accident in Boynton Beach last month, WPEC reported.
31-year-old Paul McCormack Jr. of Lake Worth is charged with vehicular homicide in connection with the crash that occurred on Boynton Beach Boulevard near Winchester Park Boulevard on May 13.
An investigation determined that McCormack was driving a Chevrolet Malibu at 95 miles per hour five seconds before the collision, which left a 49-year-old Lake Worth man dead.
McCormack was arrested and taken to the Palm Beach County Jail. Bail was set at $250,000 when he appeared in court on Friday.
