News: Lanes closed on Palmetto Expressway following rollover accident
HIALEAH, FL – One person was injured in a crash that slowed traffic on the Palmetto Expressway in Hialeah Tuesday afternoon, reports WSVN.
The rollover accident took place in the expressway’s southbound express lanes near Northwest 122nd Street, where state troopers and rescue crews responded to the scene at about 3:30 p.m.
The injured victim was flown to an area hospital, but no details were released on the person’s condition.
The southbound express and mainline lanes were shut down while emergency crews responded, causing backups through the area.
