News: Driver sought in Hialeah hit-and-run that killed cyclist
HIALEAH, FL – Police are trying to track down a driver who left the scene following a deadly accident in Hialeah, according to WSVN.
Investigators have released surveillance video of the vehicle they are looking for, a white van. Its driver struck a cyclist last Friday in the vicinity of East 35th Street and 10th Avenue.
The impact of the crash sent the cyclist into some parked cars in the area. Neighbors went to the scene and found the victim had died. The person’s identity was not released.
Police say the driver of the van took off from the area following the collision.
