News: Driver sought in fatal hit-and-run crash in Hialeah
HIALEAH, FL – Police in Hialeah are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred Saturday night, WSVN reports.
The incident took place in the vicinity of Southeast 8th Avenue and Southeast Four Place, where a Jaguar SUV crashed into a pickup truck at about 8:30 p.m. The pickup driver was pronounced dead at the scene. He was a man in his 60s, police said.
The driver of the SUV fled on foot after the crash, going southbound on Southeast 8th Avenue.
Anyone with information on the crash or the whereabouts of the SUV driver was asked to contact Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers.
