News: Accident in Miami sends car crashing into convenience store
MIAMI, FL – A multi-vehicle accident in Miami Saturday night caused one of the cars to crash into a store, authorities said.
WSVN reports a car and an SUV collided initially in the vicinity of Northwest 17th Avenue and Northwest 47th Street at about 7:30 p.m.
As a result of the impact, the SUV struck a convenience store as well as a vehicle that was stopped in front of the building.
Miami police and rescue units responded to the scene. Three adults and a child were hospitalized in stable condition. No one inside the store was reported injured.
Police are continuing their investigation into the cause of the crash.
