News: 5 hospitalized after car hits palm tree in Southwest Miami-Dade
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL – Police in Miami-Dade County responded to a car crash that left five people injured Saturday morning.
According to WPLG, the incident occurred in the area of SW 128th Street and 137th Avenue. A four-door Infiniti with an adult man and four juveniles inside slammed into a palm tree.
All five people were hospitalized, three in critical condition. They were transported to Kendall Regional Medical Center and Jackson South Medical Center.
The cause of the accident is not yet known. The roadway was shut down for several hours while the wreckage was being cleared and police investigated.
