Local Man Feared Missing After Unmanned Personal Watercraft Found
A Miami man was feared lost at sea earlier Friday after the personal watercraft on which he was riding was spotted unattended at sea.
A Good Samaritan saw the watercraft off and Bill Baggs State Park and alerted.

The Coast Guard said that the missing man was Walter Alvarez, age 56.
