Husband Sues Disney for Wrongful Death of His Wife

Disney is facing a lawsuit for the wrongful death of Kanokporn Tangsuan, who had an allergic reaction to food she ate at a restaurant in Disney Springs. She told the restaurant she had food allergies. They claimed those foods were not in their meals. That was not the case. Tangsuan’s death was completely avoidable, and both Disney and Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant should be held accountable for dismissing or ignoring his wife’s food allergies.

According to Law360, her husband, Jeffrey Piccolo, recently filed a lawsuit against Disney World and the restaurant for their negligence: “He said the waiter ‘unequivocally assured them that the food would be allergen free,’ but Tangsuan suffered a reaction just 45 minutes later that killed her.”
