Authorities Identify Victims of Deadly Key Biscayne Boat Crash
The victims of Friday’s deadly boat crash off Key Biscayne are being identified.
Local10.com reports that a 30-foot vessel collided with a 20-foot vessel in the waters off Key Biscayne Yacht Club. Two people were killed in the collision and 10 people were injured.

The report identifies the deceased as 42-year-old Osvado Castro and 80-year-old Pablo Castro Diaz.
Following the crash, survivors encountered a chaotic scene. Witness Xavier Ruiz reported, “We saw a lady holding an infant and then we saw a girl who couldn’t swim so we threw some life jackets.”
The Florida Fish and Wildhile Life Conservation Commission is investigating the tragedy.
