81-year-old driver dies after Miami-Dade car collision
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY ,FL – Police are investigating a car accident that killed a woman in Miami-Dade County Tuesday morning, WPLG reports.
The victim was identified by a family member as 81-year-old Olga Choza. According to investigators, the car she was driving collided with another vehicle in the area of Southwest 117th Avenue and 195th Street in South Miami Heights at about 9:30 a.m.
Choze drove off the road and crashed into a tree, suffering fatal injuries. The other driver was not hurt and stayed at the crash scene.
The Miami-Dade Police Department’s Traffic Homicide unit is looking into the cause of the accident.
