3 injured in pickup truck rollover accident on I-75
BROWARD COUNTY, FL – State troopers responded to the scene of a pickup truck crash on Interstate 75 Thursday.
According to WSVN, three people were injured in the accident, which took place on the Alligator Alley portion of I-75 in West Broward County.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the driver of the pickup lost control near mile marker 45 about 12:30 p.m. The vehicle rolled over several times, and at least one person was reported to have been ejected.
The three victims were taken to an area hospital, but no details were released on the extent of their injuries.
I-75 was shut down in both directions following the incident, but the roadway reopened about an hour later.
