Miami Man Survived Car Crash with Palm Tree – Family Calls It a Miracle
The family of a Miami man is thankful he is alive, after the man was involved in a serious car crash this week.
44-year-old Miamian Carmelo Gonzalez survived a collision with a palm tree that left his car wrapped around it. Gonzalez was initially trapped inside his vehicle following the crash, and when he was finally rescued from the car, he was immediately airlifted to receive medical treatment. Local10.com reports that it took an hour for Gonzalez to be pulled from his car.
Gonzales’ family is calling his survival a miracle. Though he will undoubtedly need extensive therapy in order to recover from the ordeal, his family is just happy he is alive.
