Fort Lauderdale Crash Ignites Fireball and Seriously Injures Two
A crash on I-95 over the weekend ignited a fireball and left two women severely injured.
WSVN.com reports that the crash occurred near I-95 and State Road 84 when a red car struck a guardrail and burst into flames. The crash left two women trapped inside the severely damaged vehicle.
Florida Highway Patrol arrived on the scene and was able to extract the two trapped victims. Authorities then rushed the women in serious condition to Broward Health for urgent medical treatment.
Authorities were not immediately sure of the cause of the crash and it remains under investigation.
