Cadillac Recalls Over 30,000 Vehicles Due to Airbag Defect
Automaker Cadillac is recalling approximately 34,000 vehicles due to defective airbags.
AutoEvolution.com reports that the affected vehicles include CT4 and CT5 model years 2020 to 2022. The vehicles are being recalled because the side curtain airbags may have been installed incorrectly. The airbags may have been installed with a twist between two attachment points, which can cause them to deploy incorrectly or not deploy at all.
#Recall Alert: The recall affects 2020-2022 Cadillac CT4 and CT5 vehicles whose roof-rail side-curtain airbags may not be installed properly and could lead to them improperly deploying during a crash. https://t.co/D5VmlwVKyX
