Brightline Train Strikes Fourth Person this Year
A Brightline train has struck and killed another person in Florida.
CBS Miami reports that the train collided with a man in Delray Beach over the weekend, as it was traveling northbound in the vicinity of a railroad crossing. The man died at the scene of the incident.
The report notes that this is the fourth person to be struck by the Brightline this year, after the train began service between Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. The three previous victims all survived.
