Sports World Attempts To Make Sense Of Sudden Death Of Dwayne Haskins
The sports world is in shock following the sudden death of 24-year-olds NFL quarterback Dwayne Haskins.
As we blogged yesterday, Local10.com reports that Haskins died in a Saturday morning car crash in South Florida.

The report indicates that Haskins collided with a dump truck as he attempted to cross westbound I-95 at about 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Authorities have not yet released information as to the exact circumstances surrounding Haskins’s death or whether he was at fault.
The news of Haskins’s death shook the sports world, leaving many at a loss for words. Among those who attempted to express their grief was Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin, who said “I am devastated and at a loss for words with the unfortunate passing of Dwayne Haskins. He quickly became part of our Steelers family upon his arrival in Pittsburgh and was one of our hardest workers, both on the field and in our community.”
Haskins was set to be played quarterback for the Steelers during the 2022-2023 season.
