Pro Wrestling Star Sues Biltmore Hotel Over Alleged Sexual Assault
A professional wrestler is accusing a masseuse at the Biltmore Hotel of sexually abusing her.
Local10.com reports that Taryn Terrell, who goes by the stage name Tifanny, is joining several other women in a lawsuit against the Biltmore Hotel. The women allege that a masseuse inappropriately touch them while he was working there in 2020.
The women accused Oscar Ojeda of inappropriately touching their vaginas while performing massage services. “I felt completely at his mercy and I was terrified. I tensed my legs hoping it would make it stop but it didn’t make it stop,” 35-year-old Terrell said.
Though Terrell insists she reported Ojeda to Biltmore personnel, they reportedly responded by telling her that they had not had any previous complaints. A detective investigating other women’s complaints found that Ojeda had been the subject of numerous accusations.
Police have since arrested Ojeda and charged him with two counts of battery.
Many of the women have also joined in a lawsuit against the Biltmore as a result of Ojeda’s alleged actions.
