One Dead in Merritt Island Crash Involving One Vehicle and Two Motorcycles
One person is dead following a serious vehicle crash involving one vehicle and two motorcycles in Brevard County.
SpaceCoastDaily.com reports that the crash occurred at about 4:00 p.m. when a 61-year-old woman was traveling southbound on Courtenay Pkwy. on Merritt Island. Witnesses report that two motorcyclists were traveling northbound on Courtenay Pkwy. at high velocity while dodging in and out of lanes. The motorcyclists collided with the woman as she attempted a left turn into a shopping plaza.

The crash left one of the motorcyclists, a 22-year-old man from Jacksonville, dead and the other with serious injuries. The woman suffered minor injuries.
