News: Woman fatally struck in Plantation by driver who left scene
PLANTATION, FL – Police are searching for a driver who left the scene after a crash that killed a pedestrian in Plantation Monday morning, reports WPLG.
The victim, a woman, was struck on Sunrise Boulevard near Northwest 47th Avenue sometime before 6 a.m. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not yet been released.
Plantation police are now trying to track down the hit-and-run driver responsible for the deadly crash.
