News: Palm Springs police searching for hit-and-run driver who struck pedestrian
PALM SPRINGS, FL – Police in Palm Springs are investigating a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a pedestrian, according to WPEC.
The victim, identified as Jamie Sebastian, was struck by a southbound silver vehicle in the 4000 block of Kirk Road at about 11 p.m. Investigators said he was improperly crossing the road from west to east at the time he was hit.
Sebastian was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center for treatment of his injuries. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene after the crash, police said.
Anyone with information regarding the hit-and-run was asked to contact Crime Stoppers.
