News: Motorcyclist critically injured in collision with SUV in Port St. Lucie
PORT ST. LUCIE, FL – Police in Port St. Lucie are investigating a crash Tuesday night that left a motorcyclist critically injured.
In a Facebook post, the Port St. Lucie Police Department said officers responded to SE Floresta Drive and SE Fallon Drive shortly before 8:30 p.m.
A preliminary investigation indicated that the driver of a Jeep Grand Cherokee was trying to make a left turn onto SE Fallon Drive when it was struck on the passenger side by a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
The 60-year-old motorcycle rider was hospitalized with serious injuries and was listed in critical condition. The Jeep driver was not injured.
