News: Miami police officer injured in crash outside restaurant
MIAMI, FL – A two-car accident in Miami Sunday evening left a police officer hospitalized, reports WSVN.
Authorities said the officer’s police cruiser collided with a minivan outside Doce Provisions restaurant, located in the area of Southwest 5th Street and Southwest 12th Avenue.
The incident, which occurred at about 7:45 p.m., resulted in the officer being transported to Mount Sinai Medical Center. Her injuries were not regarded as life-threatening.
No other injuries were reported in the collision.
