News: Driver sought in deadly hit-and-run in Hallandale Beach
HALLANDALE BEACH, FL – Police are trying to track down a driver who fled the scene after hitting and killing a bicyclist in Hallandale Beach early Saturday morning.
WSVN reports the victim was riding a bicycle south on South Federal Highway near Hallandale Beach Boulevard at about 4 a.m. when he was struck by a vehicle. The bicycle rider was pronounced dead at the scene. He was identified as 37-year-old Wilson Alejandro Seaman.
Police are now looking for a white vehicle, either a sedan or an SUV, that is believed to have front-end damage.
Anyone with information regarding the incident was asked to contact the Hallandale Beach Police Department Traffic Homicide Unit or Crime Stoppers.
