News: Collision sends vehicle into swimming pool of Fort Lauderdale home
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – A collision in Fort Lauderdale sent one of the vehicles crashing into the pool of a family’s home Tuesday night, WSVN reports.
The driver of the vehicle, a Hummer, said the collision happened after another driver ran through a stop sign shortly before 10 p.m. The Hummer ended up going through a fence and into the pool on the 1200 block of Northwest Seventh Terrace.
Fort Lauderdale Police and Fire Rescue crews responded to the scene, and the vehicle was removed.
The driver was not injured, and no one in the home was hurt.
