News: Authorities identify window washer killed in Coral Gables fall
CORAL GABLES, FL – New details have been released in the case of a window washer who fell to his death in Coral Gables last week.
This is an update to a previous story.
According to NBC Miami, the man killed has now been identified as 43-year-old Elmer Solis. The accident occurred Wednesday at a condominium building in the area of Salzedo Street and Alhambra Circle, where Solis fell while working on a scaffold.
An investigation is continuing into the cause of the incident, and police currently believe an equipment failure was the most likely cause.
