News: 3 injured in rollover crash on northbound I-95 in Vero Beach
VERO BEACH, FL – The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a crash in Vero Beach over the weekend that left three people injured, according to Vero News.
The accident occurred in the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 near mile marker 145 at about 2 p.m. A truck that was towing a car crashed on the interstate, according to a battalion chief with Indian River County Fire Rescue. Both vehicles overturned as a result.
Three people sustained minor injuries and were transported to Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital. The cause of the incident is under investigation.
One lane of I-95 was closed off near the scene for about two hours following the wreck.
