News: 2 rescued after car ends up in canal off I-95
MARTIN COUNTY, FL – Emergency crews came to the rescue of two people after their car ended up in a canal in Martin County, WPTV reports.
The Florida Highway Patrol and Martin County Fire Rescue were on the scene of the incident Tuesday morning. The car was in the water off Interstate 95 at the Martin County Weigh Station.
The two people who were inside the vehicle were safely removed by the rescue crews and troopers with the FHP. No details were released on what caused the car to go into the canal.
